Default code 67 ( p0420 )

hey guys thought id write up in here,

having some trouble with my car, through up a catalytic efficiency code up.
i replaced the cat about 7-8 months ago. i have replaced the cat 3 times in the last 4 years! pretty retarded

i am running a SS 4-2-1 DC sports header into a magnaflow Cat and out the back
2.25" diameter.

my car is a 2000 Civic SIR ( cdn model )
equipped with a B16A2 I/H/E and pullies...

is my vehicle running too rich?? i just replaced my primary 02 sensor 3 weeks ago b/c that went!

suggestions/help please!

Check for exhaust leaks between the cat and the head. This will throw a code P0420, but it could also be a bad cat.

yes so if there is a leak it will probably tell the computer to dump more fuel into the system, burning it and probably end up clogging the biatch????

i might have to get a new header!

but ill check for leaks
