Default Code 43 persists

Had a swap in the car for 2 weeks, fuel pressure was at 47psi (Walbro pump with stock fpr). I changed out my steering wheel and removed the airbag, and started getting code 43. I guess it's just a coincidence. Drilled fpr so it's now at 40psi (with vacuum hose on). Changed fpr (3) and fuel injectors, still have the code. Changed out 1st 02 sensor (had extra) and still got code 43. Changed it again, and it ran code-free for about 3 days, then the CEL came on again. This time I got code 1, 3, and 43. Changed the 02 sensor and map sensor, now I still have a code 43.

Any ideas? ECU?

Thanks. I tried a search already but didn't read anything that would've worked. Maybe it's a sign to start my buildup.
