code 23 and 4 need help...

code 23 and 4 need help...
so i was driving down the road and my CEL has been on for my IAC but hasnt hurt the way it runs...well now my car is in limp mode and wont rev past 3 grand...i have a code 23 and 4 i know that 23 is crank angle sensor and 4 is knock sensor...i have a obd0 b16...what could the problem be...
