HEY guys have a 91 honda civic std and i am haveing problems with the code 16 and cant figure it out what are symptoms of bad main relay i kno when i try 2 start my car it dnt want 2 but when it was running it was running rich with black smoke out the back,The only way i can get the car to run is starting fluid and it will keep dieing some times i can get it to stay on but its killing way 2 much gas andd then if it idles for along period of time when u give it gas it will bogg bogg then just die and wont start unless u use starting fluid like some were in the line its acting as if the pump dies which would be main relay but what is makeing it run so rich all the black smoke get back 2 me plzzzzz..... thanks
