I have a 91 integra, completely stock. Yesterday my car shut down at an intersection and I couldn't get it restarted. I tried to start the car with no luck . Had it towed to my mechanic and after he ran some diagnostics, checked voltage the igniter, ignition coil, cap, rotor, he wasn't getting a voltage from the ecu to the igniter. It threw a code 15 first, which probably led to the igniter repair, but that didn't solve anything. Today, he said it was now throwing a code 16. Is it the ECU or possibly the main relay? I don't think it's my injectors or fuel pump. Any help/suggestion is appreciated!
