I get this error code and my car won't turn off. I've changed the entire igntion, wiring harness under dash, and key cylinder. The way i turn my car off is to pull the alternator fuse, after turning the key off, shuts it down in 2secs. If if pull it with the key on it stays running. 91 civic hb B16A1 NA, PR3 ecu.
