code 15 & 91

my check engine came up and this codes r the ones that its throwing why would this code happen

15 Ignition output signal

91 Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor low input

how can i correct this thanks guys

most of the time ive seen a Code 15 resolved with a new ignitor. As far as the 91 it is prolly a bad sensor, but its hard to tell without diagnosing it myself
