Default Code 10 - Intake Air Temperature

I got a JDM ODB1 B18C1 in my 95 EX. I used the existing Civic harness, and everything is going good, except the code 10 I'm getting for the IAT. I checked my Helms manual and the colors on the wire are correct. Is it possible that the sensor is bad? How likely that it is, or is there something else I should be looking for? The part costs $54 from Acura, and I don't wanna shell out that much just yet. Thanks.

When cold, it should read 2.5-4.5 volts. Also, check the ECT sensor for the same voltage, they should read close to the same.
