Default Code 1 W/ Chipped ECU

My friend plugged the same ecu <chipped P28> into his car and it didnt throw the code but on mine it does. any thoughts.

Code 1 is a bad O2 Sensor. Yours is bad or the wiring is faulty.

i have my ECU chipped. its not even supposed to look at the o2 sensor

Did you have it specifically not to? Maybe a faulty programming. Have you tried a new chip?
