Default clutchmaster fx 600

wtf is going on with my car. this is the 3rd time that the ring gear that connect to the starter has loosen up. the first one was the aluminum which had three bolts to keep the ring gear in place. the first one just sheared off completely putting a large scrape inside the tranny case. tranny survived. I called clutchmaster. they sent me another one. same thing happened. now it lead me to believe that the design has a flaw. bad engineering. I sent it back and i told clutchmaster that it broked again. they sent me a steel version one. I told them whatever that doesn't break. I put in on and ran it this last CMI at Sacramento Raceway. First pass went good on low boost. Second pass at the exiting gate and tried to down shift to get out the gate. The tranny did not want to go into gear. I coast the car to a halt. I shift the tranny with the car off. All the gears go into place. I start the car. nothing. same sympton like my other two experiences. ring gear turn only. the crank does not turn. Has any one have this experience or know why this is happening. everything is torque down correctly. Or is it just this twin disc. so to make this thread short. Clutchmaster tells me to tig/tack the ring gear in place. i have never had a problem with act flywheel or stock. maybe the whole flywheel is one whole piece, not pieces assemble together.
