Default Clutch Swap

I have a 93 ls with the stock cable trans. I need a new clutch and I have a spare of a 95 ls. Now when I look at acuraautomotiveparts.com and prostreetonline.com it shows the clutch being the same from 92-97 as being the same (with a differnet throwout of course). But when I set the disc on the shaft it seems loose and does not fit snugly. IS there a difference or will it work?

Anyone? It seems like the main shaft is a smaller diameter then the clutch
Here is a picture of what I am talkin about. I am pushing the top of the clutch back as is sits on the shaft. It moves about 1/4 in or so. and it will twist on the shaft just alittle to.
