clutch question

If i have a exedy organic clutch disk kit on my car and wanted to upgrade to a CM or ACT 6 puck clutch disk, could i do so and still use to exedy pressure plate or would I have to buy a whole CM or ACT kit?

Most aftermarket clutches use the same dimensions as the OEM clutches meaning that the parts are interchangable.
