i have a act stage2 clucth on my 00civic si this morning the clutch pedal felt really loose and when i whant to shift into a gear it is pretty hard shifting. thanx
Sounds like maybe you need to bleed the clutch system.
You can do this by yourself, but it is easier with another person.
Just open up the clutch bleeder valve located on the slave cylinder, take the cap off of the clutch reservior located near the brake master cylinder, and make sure you it's *always* full of DOT 3/4 brake fluid.
Stick a clear tube with the other end going into an empty bottle (20 oz bottle, or coke can or something), and start pumping the clutch, while monitoring the clutch reservior.
Pump until clean brake fluid and *no* air bubbles are in the system.
Done.

yeah, i had this problem, and my slave clyinder had blown it's seals. all the clutch fluid leaked out on the way home, and it gradually got harder to shift until it was near impossible! the pedal just kept getting softer and softer..
