I am having trouble with the clutch in my brother da integra with a s1 trans........i went to move it in reverse and it popped like i let go of the clutch fast and stayed stuck to the floor.........i took the trans out to rebuild it and when i put it back in today i pushed in the clutch and it got stock to the floor........i noticed the spring on the release bearing is shot(one side broke off and didnt catch the bearing) but would that make it like this.....i hope its just this little prob.


Cliff notes: Arm on the trans to engage clutch wont go back down when pulled up

 

i just looked at the pressure plate and noticed it didnt release so i started taking off the bolts and it released when i took two bolts off.......so it seems i know what the prob is but i just dropped 200 for this cluch and am broke.......i dont want to put it back in and have this happen again, can i use my stock pp with the clutch?
