Default Clutch problem

I have an ACT HD pressure plate and, what they called a hybrid disk, for my clutch set up. What my problem is when the car gets hot, like from driving around town, the clutch doesnt disengage all the way. I adjusted the cable and that made it better for a while but the problem came back. I replaced the cable with a brand new factory Honda cable, and adjusted it according to spec and it worked fine for about a day, now its doing the same thing again. I dont think that my pressure plate is that strong that new cable would have stretched already. Plus, I am almost out of adjustability on the new cable since there are almost no threads left to tighen it down. Any input would be greatly appreciated. This clutch has been in my car for less then 3 years and I dont think its toast already.

Thanks
Gary
