Default Clutch Pedal Question

Is there anyway to make my pedal more stiff? Its a little too weak for my taste.

You can either change the pressure plate or the spring that rebound your clutch pedal.

Hm....i was hoping i could do this without changing my pressure plate.

I just felt the pedal on my friend's gsr and it was so much more stiff than mine. He has stock everything too...

Is there anything you can tighten?

What kind of pressure plate do you have right now?

You can also check to see if your clutch master or slave cylinder is going bad.

if its spaghetti soft then you might just have a bad clutch anyways.

Everything in my car is stock and i have 8000 miles on it. Its not like "spaghetti" soft, but i just noticed it was softer than my friend's '96 GSR.

As the clutch wears, the pedal will get harder to push in. Have a brand new clutch in and you will typically slam it into the floor when you engage it for the first time.

If there are air bubbles in the hydrolic system, that can cause the pedal to feel squishy. Try bleeding your master cylinder.
