Default Clutch install

Does anyone know where i can get directions for a clutch install?? Or can anyone tell me?? That would be a great help...I have a b18b and ive had a Centerforce ACT dual friction sitting in my closet forever now and i really need to get this in..my clutch cant take to much more and ive made arrangements to put it in this Friday..so if anyone can help me out asap..that would be great..thanks alot

Yeah, buy a Helms manual, also I did not know that Centerforce made ACT.
