Default Clutch Help, does this look right?

I just put my freshly built in my car, when I go to put it in gear while its started it wont go. So I turn the car off put it in gear and start it, the car jumps back and stalls. I knew the clutch wasnt in the wrong way but I took the tranny off anyways. Now it looks like the actual clutch disc is too big for the pressrue plate and looks like when the pressure plate isnt engaged it hits the edges of the pressure plate. Does this make sense or am I just not lineing it up right(yes I used a alignment tool) even though there is maybe a millimeter of play before it hits the side....pics...

where it hit

It looks like you've got plenty of clearance, I doubt it's actually hitting there. It would have to wedge against the disc pretty good to keep it from going into gear, and that mark appears pretty light. I'd check other things, such as your clutch hydraulics or maybe even a bent clutch fork. Good luck with the diagnosis!

Did you install your throwout bearing? lol. And if you did, is it in correctly in comparison to your shift fork?
