Default clutch fork stuck. help.

after finishing my swap (prelude h22) my clutch fork and the clutch slave cylinder is just stuck. i can't move it manually from outside. i notice when i tried bleeding it. the fluid goes down only a little, almost not noticeable. i move from a thicker pressure plate to the stock one, if that matters. could it be the bearing out of line or do i just need to adjust the pedal?

You really shouldn't be able to move the fork by hand with a new stronger plate. You probably want to check the hydraulic system some more.

That's why you step on the clutch pedal with your foot.

If I could depress the PP by hand, I'd be worried.
