Default Clutch Click. Cable Trans.

Ok so recently I've noticed this "click" feeling in my clutch pedal, its kinda intermitent. When the car is running you can feel it in my foot about half way engaging and unengaging. When the car is shut off it will click maybe 2 times and then it stops. I got home from work today and got curious enough about it to look and after having someone push my clutch in and out its diffenetly coming from the trans itself around the shift fork area. Its a 93 ys1 gsr trans that was rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago, and the clutch was also replaced with a 6 puck at the same time. For a long time the car has made a squeal when the clutch first grabbed and I figured it was from the compound of the clutch and the flywheel, now maybe I'm thinking the two things are possibly the same thing? It still drives totally fine, the click is just kinda annoying.

:edit: Started it in the morning after sitting all night and it doesn't do it right now. So possibly its heat related?

I've read a few other threads similar to my problem, but they all say the problem is there running or not. Its definetly NOT in the pedal cluster, so don't waste time with that.
