Default Clutch chatters at idle only

Chassis = Civic EG
Engine = B20

Recently my CM stage 2 clutch has started to make a chattering noise at idle. The noise subsides and nearly dissappears when the clutch pedal is depressed. The chatter is not present while trying to get the car out of gear (which I gather from searching, is the more common problem)...only at idle.

Any ideas as to what it may be? I just replaced the throw out bearing in march, so I doubt that its that. The guy that did the engine swap said that it may be a spring in the clutch. The clutch/flywheel package only has approximately 4,000 miles on it and the polyU engine mounts are brand new.

I'm out of ideas. Any thoughts?

Most people have this problem and say its the input shaft bearing, but I replace those bearings and still the same thing. Last time I droped the tranny I checked the throw out bearing and it was good as new...clutch kit only has 10k on it. However I didnt check the pilot bearing....
