Default clutch adjustment question!!! please HELP!!!!!

i have a 88 crx with an ls/vtec swap. my tranny is an ys1 (japan b16 integra) was told it was the same as a 1992 integra (large spline). i recently fried my cheap 200$ clutch. so i bought an act 485ft/lb 6 puck un-sprung. i was told my last clutch wasnt adjusted properly which caused it to fry.

Does anybody know what the proper adjustment should be???

with my new clutch there seems to be no freeplay on the tranny leverage arm?
the clutch engauges/dis-engauges verry close to the floor which i was told was correct. but i'm also told that thier must be freeplay on the cable end at the tranny in order to prevent the throw out bearing from constantly riding on the pressure plate?

am i safe the way it is setup now or is something wrong?
i was also told that the leverage at the pedal could be different?
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
