My climate control don't work in 1 and 2 and my rear defroster doesn't work either. What can it be?

 

It can be expensive. It can be cheap. It needs to be diagnosed.

 

If you mean the blower does not work on speeds 1 and 2 the problem is most likley the blower resistor, for the rear window defog, [if defog indicator light turns on] the problrm is most likely the ICU, [mounted to the back of the under dash fuse box].

Yes the blower does not work on 1 and 2. Its a 97 Honda Civic DX. What or where is the blower resist? And the rear fog indicator does not light up!
