I have a stock 95 hatch w/ d15b7 stock motor.
When I turn I hear loud clicking?

That sounds like the CV joints. I've pulled the boots, cleaned out the dried grease with brake clean, and packed them with new grease and re-banded them before. That just requires <$20 worth of parts/materials.

 

Yeah but once it starts clicking it means the joint is already started to go. Cleaning and regreasing will not turn back the damage.

To the original poster. Jack the car up and inspect both CV boots. Find the one that is cracked. You may not need to replace both.
