click sound when releasing throttle
Hi,
I'm hearing a click sound when I release the throttle...only when moving.
Just started recently I think. I'll accelerate but when I release the gas pedal I hear a click...comming from the right ((passenger side) of the engine.
It's not super loud...just wondering if anyone knows what it could be before I go to the mechanics.
Thanks

I recently started experiencing this as well, except maybe its more of a "clunk" than a "click". Only happens when I let off the gas in a low gear. I thought it was the lower ball joint because the boot was ripped so I replace it, but it didnt go away. My axles are only two months old (driveshaft shop stage 1) so I don't think its the CV joint. Also the upper ball joints are only about six months old (part of the Skunk 2 camber kit). I'm not sure what to look at next.
does it do it at idle?
if it does its just the butterfly in the torottle body closing. or the return spring working the way it should. dont worry.
