i was getting my cel checked today but the guy accidently cleared it and now theres not a cel on my cluster anymore. is there anyway to get it back on? i wana know so when i replace it, it actually worked.

 

I'd say wait for the CEL to come back on. If you're lucky, it never will.

 

To check your CEL.

Turn ignition key to on position, Should light CEL for two seconds then go off.
Or turn to on position and start car and CEL should go off.

if you cleared it, it's gone.
wait for it to set again.

 

i just disconnected my battery and it came back on

 

So... It's good?? Have AutoZone read it again.

If we knew what kind of car it is, someone could tell you how to read it yourself.
