anybody know if you can clean a 4 wire O2 sensor safely??

No, they aren't supposed to be cleaned it can ruin the element.

When they heat up they clean themselves. And fluids besides for condensation can ruin them.

I've posted here before on a technique that sometimes reactivates them if they are carbon fouled. If cracked or lead fouled forget it.... search might turn it up.
