Default Classic no start situation

Background: I have a 1993 Civic Si with a greddy turbo kit on it. The most recent things I have changed are: added a resistor box and injectors, swapped a Y8 intake manifold. I loaded a program for 450cc injectors.

The car was running OK like this, in my driveway. It had a surging idle. I took it for a trip around the block, got into boost 2 or 3 times, probably didn't exceed 5k RPMS. I come to a stoplight. All of a sudden smoke starts billowing out the hood, temp gauge pegs. Car idles down and dies. It will not restart.

I had the car towed.

The coolant hose on the passenger side of the car, coming out of the IACV ruptured. My turbo intake is right there, and it may have sucked in some coolant.

The car cranks, but will not turn over. No CELs. I am now running a stock P28, I still have the resistor box wired, but I threw in some OBD0 240cc injectors.
I did a dry compression test, I get 180-180-190-200.

What should I look at next, what is the next step in diagnosing the problem?

Adding:

I checked for spark, it's getting spark on all four. As far as fuel, the fuel pump primes. I believe I smell fuel.

Have you checked your cam timing?Maybe the belt broke or skipped a few teeth.

This is kind of an embarassing post to drum up business from, hehe

I broked my car. But it looks like static timing is off, how many degrees out can you be out, before your car has a hard time turning over?
