Default CIvic Misfire Issue (all input appeciated)

I have a EM1 and idk wtf is going on. There is a misfire and I cant seem to track down the cause of it. The Dizzy works perfectly fine (tried it in another car). The Ecu works perfectly fine (tried it in another car). The main relay is perfectly fine (tried it in another car, as well as tried a friend's relay in my car). The Injector wires are receiving both power and negative pulse. However, when i remove the injector wire from fuel injector number 2, there is no change in idle whatsoever. I've swapped the wires from injector 2 and 3 and it seems like number 2 isnt firing. When I remove the wires completely from injector 2 and 3, and let the car idle running on 1 and 4, and take an injector wire and place on injector 3, the idle changes, but when I place a wire on injector 2, there is no change. I also switched out injectors. Went from my RC's back to the stock 240s, and still having the same misfire issue. Did a compression test and the compression is right on point. So what else could be the reason for my car misfiring?

If the injectors are ok then you may have to look into your spark plugs being the culprit or a sensor not giving off the proper reading.

spark plugs are fine...always run the same plugs...and I didn't even change the plugs for this misfire to happen. Car was sitting for about a month. Replaced the turbo and fired it up. It had the misfire for like 5 mins and then it went away. Next day, started it again and misfire was gone and this time, it seems as if it is here to stay.
