Default Civic and Integra ecu Harness?

Is civic and Integra ecu harness the same? I been trying to plug up my p28 to my 2000 gsr chassis and the fuel pump doesn't work. I have a obd2b converter on it. But when I take the exact same ecu to my buddy's 99 civic hb, he's fuel pump turns on. I've also tried to plug up a p73 to my car and the fuel pump is actually working. Any ideas?

Depends....who made the harness? There is a wire that needs to be jumped over for the harness to work with both an integra and civic.
