Default civic injector problem

I have a 96 Civic EX 5 speed. I recently put a used D16y8 in. Im not getting power to number 3 and 4 injectors. I used my harness from the old motor that ran fine. The engine will turn over and fire just wont start. The night before I had the car started but wouldnt idle, but ran good above 2k RPM. I later found the big green connector near the ECU unplugged. After plugging it back in, I get no power to the 2 injectors. When I unplug the green connector again, the same problem persists. I had a bad solder joint in the FI relay. I fixed that the pump now turns on normally. Im getting fuel to the rail and into the # 1 and 2 cylinders. I started to test for power back about 1 foot from the injector connectors. All the fuses are good. I wanted to make sure its not something stupid I over looked before I rip into the harness. Any advise??
