Default Chipping how to

ok so i have been think about getting in to chippin ecus. really just for me lol. but does any one know of a how to on chip burning? what do i need(programs,burner & what not?)

We along with a couple of other vendors on the forums chip/socket ecus etc

If you're looking at doing your own and not tuning it then send the ECU to get it done. you'll be money ahead. you can check http://www.pgmfi.org/forum for people that are local to you.

If you want to get into it, either tuning or simply burning chips, then head to http://www.moates.net
They sell the Burn1 which works great and has become the standard of chip burners for hondas.

if you are gonna get your ecu chipped be sue to let the guy doing the ecu to enable datalogging if using crome.the usb cable for it is like 30 bucks.its nice to know what your engine is doing.

see i'm new to the tuning. don't know to much about it. but this is the only thing i don't know how to do. which is why i want to learn. where can i get my ecu setup with crome and how much?

i used this guide and went to radio shack and had them solder it for $20, I also purchased the moates kit
