chipped obd1 ecu and V-afc??

chipped obd1 ecu and V-afc??
I understand that with the proper harness, you can convert the obd2 -> obd1. if you were to go this route, would you get the.
1) obd1 chipped + vafc
or just
2) obd1 chipped
reason why i'm asking this is because i already have the vafc in my car, and i'm about to do the obd1 conversion.
