Icon2 Check engine light test port issues

Ok HTF users I am in need of some help! I have searched all over the web and cannot find an answer to this.... So I recently bought another eg hatch that had some issues(project) as it goes the car had been a track car at some point in time and is completely gutted under all the trim and dash panels. Even the main dash harness. I finally got it running with a semi built gsr motor. The problem is though, I can't check the mil codes due to the harness not having that plug anymore wtf! How do I rewire that test plug??? Where does the green wire w white stripe and brown wire come and go?? Or is there a way to ground the mil pin on the ecu harness???? HELP !!!! And thanks!

If the stock gauge is hooked up like it came from the factory then ground d4. Grounding d4 to the chassis will let the cel flash the code(s).
