Default check engine light with obd1 conversion

hey have a 96 gsr with an obd1 conversion. will this cause your check engine light to give you certain codes.

mine is giving me (3)MAP sensor, (8) TDC sensor, (17) VSS sensor, (22) VTEC oil pressure switch.

everthing works right but it is giving me these codes

Did you make or buy the jumper? You shouldn't have any CEL if the jumper is correct, seems like something is wrong... Have you tried resetting the ECU again?

no i didn't make the jumper harness it is a weapon r harness. pretty cheap it was 100 bucks. but it was put in at a good shop in Dallas because i was getting my VAFC hooked up at the same time.

i did reset the ecu and it is only giving me one code (17) vehicle speed sensor.
i also went to a friends house who also had a 0bd1 p28 and the check engine light would come on but it would not give me any codes.
