Default CHECK ENG LIGHT

I have a 2000 1.8 ls non v-tec with a check eng light that keeps coming up for misfire on all 4 cyl. I have checked everything I can think of and yet after 5 to 10 miles it keeps coming back.
I put in an msd dist, new plugs, wires, cap rotor, and reste the timing.
Any ideas?

Does the cel flash while driving? Have you checked the fuel pressure? Any water in the gas? Valves adjusted too tight?

A flashing cel indicates a pretty bad missfire. I've never seen one code all 4 cylinders with a flashing light.

Any mods done to the engine? Is it a swap? What ecu? Has it been tuned?

new ecu 2 months ago(factory)
header, venom 400, cat back exhaust, msd ignition, skunk2 intake, and 72 mm throttle body.
it started about three months after all the upgrades with bad cam sensor so i replaced the dist. after that i started to get the misfire code. car runs great, that is why i can not figure this out.
