Charing Issues HELP NEEDED! i'll give u...
I need to get this problem solved in 2 days since im selling my car!
ok on my ls b16 here is the issues i'll number each one
1. First my battery light stays on
2. When i had my radio in it would work when im at a stop or idling but once i go into gear or push the car it would cut off and reset it self
3. My temp gagues go up with my revs.
4. I changed my Engine Fuse box and the alternator but no luck.
Let me try to describe this....... on the top of the alternator there is a 10mm bolt and cable that connects to the battery fuse box.
Well when i changed my alternator mine i guess was toooo tight and burnt off so i just added a cable to the fuse box to the bolt but that is burnt also!
damn i am tired! Anyone near Silver Spring, MD that wanna make some money and fix this for me?
i'll give u a t3 turbo or an IC?

we need to kno a little more about the problem... when and what did you exactly do the day this started happening?
if your radio is wigging out.. remove it...
gauge cluster.. get one of your friends .. and borrow it.. to me it just seems like you have a major internal harness problem... you dont happen to have h ad a alarm put in?you might wanna look that over...
as for the wire burning up from the alternator to the fuse box/battery... you might have the wrong fuse in there...i would start pulling fuses first such as radio fuse... back up radio fuse.. and all... make sure you check your not grouding out the battery somewhere under the hood, take some pictures of under your steering column.. and in your guage cluster area... with the cluster out that is...and also in the radio area... and under the hood

i can tell you the sorce to all of your problems....that altenator has to go bro! pop it off and take it apart and im sure you will find that the brushes are frayed and getting twisted in with the arbor. easy fix would have been to replace the altenator the first time it burnt up your positive feed back wire. you problay cooked a relay or two. relays will still work it theyve been over heated they just click on to early or to late due to warpage. If you dont know a licensed journeyman (like myself) then call honda and explain it to them starting with the altenator problem and they should be able to assist you.
there is a diode in the alternator that regulates the flow of power from it when the car is on...if thats messed up..lots of things can happen...
get a new alternator see if it changes
get a new alternator see if it changes
Are you referring to the rectifier bridge? This converts the generated AC voltage to a DC voltage and yes, if this was bad, it would cause problems.
If you had a multimeter, you could measure the AC ripple on the battery.
