Default changing the rev limiter

IS there anyway you can set the rev limiter on the car. I have a OBD1 P28 ecu runnin on a B18C hatch... I wanna set my REV on a certain scale. Is it possible to do so? any ideas?

Chip it. The VTEC engagement point and fuel cut can be set any where you want.

The chip determines fuel cut and VTEC. Talk to Kenji or Katman about getting your ECU chipped.

You can change redline on your ecu by getting it chipped. The only thing is that its permanent. Once the eeprom has been programmed, it cannot be changed. Im not exactly sure but i think there is an apex-i device that can change it. By the way, dont change redline unless you know your car can handle that rpm speed and you know you make power up there as well.
