Default changing the flywheel

Hey i know how to get to the flywheel, i took my clutch off and am staring at my oem one. I know i take the bolts off and thats that.

My question is when putting the lightweight flywheel on, do i have to BALANCE IT?

I have heard that since there is a weight difference that the flywheel should be balanced?

how do i do that?

also should i use red or blue loctite on the bolts for the flywheel and on the bolts for the pressureplate???

thanks

Loctite the flywheel bolts and torque to 80lbs., no need to loctite the PP bolts.
