Default changing bolt pattern

besides changing the rotors and the studs..
can rims that are not the right bolt pattern be drilled to fit??

Yes. The old holes will be filled and then new ones can be drilled. I would personally buy rims that will fit your application, because I think that structural integrity might be lost from the filling and drilling. I could be wrong, but logically it would seem right. For the cost of doing that you might as well buy rims that fit.
