Default Ceramic vs Polished

Which is better for a header? I've heard alot of mixed things like polished is better because it isn't as easy to crack from heat, but ive never had an friends nor heard any complaints of ceramic cracking. Is there a better type of header or is it just opinion mostly?
Thanks

i rather have a ceramic coated header....keeps the heat down a bit and doesnt turn colors from heat like some polished headers!

We recommend ceramic coating on Bisimoto custom headers,

Here's a few reasons why;

1. Increases Horsepower by helping keep up the kinetic energy of gases
2. Keep under hood temps cooler
3. Keeps exhaust gases hot.
4. Helps scavenge exhaust gases.
5. Help prevent corrosion
6. Allows you to get the advantages of "wrapping" your header without the adverse effects of the wrapping material disentegrating the welds of your header.
