I have an 04 with 3"turbo back. I got a perrin CEL fix. Then like 2 months later I started getting random CEL. I have just started to notice that the CEL comes on when im close to a 1/4 tank of gas, but goes away when I fill up. Could this mean I have a Fuel system problem. i.e fuel pump, pressure regulator.........any input would help

 

only reason i posted here was because that i knew the honda gurues on this site could save the day not gonna name any subaru sites but they gave me no help. I know it may be kinda hard to understand but i could really use some help. Please honda masters out there assist me.

 

I would guess that it has to do with evaporative emissions. Is there a way you can access an OBDII scan tool? I know they can be picky about EVAP sometimes (like if you leave your fuel cap off).
