Like I stated in your other thread. If you have a solid CEL then your ecu is at fault. Plug the p28 back in to see if the CEL clears.

 

the p28 is for vtec and my motor is no vtec so it wont clear

 

That's not that point. What I'm saying is now your ECU is throwing a solid CEL. So what you do is put in the p28. Once the CEL comes up try jumping the service connector to see if the CEL will flash. That's how you determine if you have a bad ECU.

Then you have a wiring problem.
