Default CEL Hell

I threw a CEL 22 last night *VTEC Oil Pressure Switch defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch*. My car will cut in and out after the secondary runners open up (at 5600 RPMS I believe). And this morning my OIL Light started flashing, so it is obviously an oil problem. I put oil in (was a little low) about a month ago. I am going to change the oil tonight, anyone have any other suggestions, should changing the oil fix the my CEL problem? Thanks.

(Sorry, I already posted this in the Integra forum, I thought I might get more help here, thanks)

Check your oil level just before changing it. It's probably lower than you think if you just added oil a month ago.

Ive also heard of the oil passages getting clogged. I have heard you can take a q-tip and kind of clean them out, if that is the case...

This is just what I've heard...so I have no further info...sorry
