Re: cel diagnostic (em1gangsta)
correct, right next to the latch, the one next to the passanger is the plug that you jump to have the CEL blink so you can read the code
(some people at autozone do not know what they are doing)

Re: cel diagnostic (Chiovnidca)
ok thanks, i found it. now maybe i can figure out whats wrong with it. so umm, how do i figure out the codes its throwing out? i mean when i go look at the plug on the passengers side. well i know what to do becuase of the CEL thread in the 92-00 civic section. but will it be obvious when i do that. when the car starts and it blinks. will i know the code its throwing out. wel i know that if it blinks slowly, it will be a single digit, and if it blinks fast, it will be double digits. im jst asking if that when it does that, will it be so obvious that ishouldl know the number code?

Just a note: The diagnostic port on all OBDII cars should be within a foot and a half of the drivers right foot according to the SAE. That does not apply to OBDI cars of course.
