cel code P0420

cel code P0420
I have a Honda v6 3.5L with 78k miles. The check engine light came on and the error code I found out is P0420 (CATALYST EFFECIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD-BANK 1). My question is what should I try first and or second to try and correct the fault? I have reset the error code once, but it came back on again after 5 miles or so.
