Default Cel code 65

I pulled a CEL off of my car today. I got a code 65, which is a secondary oxygen sensor heater? How do I fix this? Change the secondary o2 sensor?

Mine came on because I soldered the wrong wires together. Once I solved that problem it never popped up again.

You can check the resistance of the o2 heater. It should measure 4 to 10 ohms. (If you want to be sure that's the problem.)

If it's OK then you can check to see that the heater terminals are getting 12v power. If they're not, you can look for a blown fuse or broken wires.

The code says that the heater circuit isn't working. You still have to find what's broken.
