Default CEL Blinking = Bad???

i posted this in the civic forum but i think i might get a better reply here

My cel light comes on when i drive(primary 02 sensor error, fuel pressure sensor error(cant get rid of it) are the usual 2 codes it displayed. I changed my thermostat last night due to my car overheating. This morning when i was going to work the CEL was on but then it started blinking halfway through the ride. What does it mean if it blinks(and not jumpered blinking)

i went out after i got to work and cleared my ecu and swapped the secondary o2 sensor plug to the first , and just now on lunch i went and the CEL came on but didnt begin to blink until i had been driving for 5 mins or so,

last night replaced thermostat & coolant due to engine temps climbing too high, today on the way in, it was fine when i left my house but after a few miles it started to flash, i've never seen it do that before and it seemed like when i came to a stop my idle was dropping down to 200, i just did my timing on sunday though so im pretty sure its not that...

what does it mean when it blinks? could it be a problem with my transmission(my tranny fluid has not been changed in a long time, but i dunno if that could cause an error)

thanks in advance

btw car is a 97 civic dx, with a mini me swap(98ex IM/Head and ECU) and a greddy turbo kit

You need to do this and then tell us what code you have

Check your spark plugs on the motor, make sure the cap/rotor is in good shape, if not replace it, and also spark plug wires.

Make sure the distributor timing, and the motor timing is all at TDC as well.

Yeah I was gonna say that to but he said he messed with the timing.

i replaced the spark plugs, zex ones were in there(was planning to run nitrous before turbo) but i put my bosch plat plugs back in yesterday. the spark plug wires are new ngks, cap and rotor i replaced a few months ago.

Do either of you know what the ECT sensor looks like? Is it on the harness? I have a EX harness i use for parts so im wondering if i might have another on there.

cap and rotor is fine, checked it yesterday, one of the plugs i had to fix the gap but im still getting a misfire in #1 and #3, it keeps changing after i clear the ecu...doesnt come on right away, me and my friend took it for a spin...got it to around 65 and nothing so we went back to my house. right as soon as i leave my driveway to go to his house it goes on. checked it when i got there and it was #1 and #3 misfiring

timing is at TDC and the red marks match up so the timing is perfect. im completely stumped

also when checking the ECU codes, what does it mean if D4 blinks while the code is flashing?
