CEL #90
The question is that CEL #90 came on...and no it isn't the gas cap. I haven't been running a stock ECU for the last 13,000 miles, and I just reinstalled it until I have a Hondata chip burned for the new non-TODA cammed car.
What I have done is reset the ECU and the cell goes away for ~1-2 days, but always comes on after I leave the house and head to work. The road that I drive to work is a windy mountain road and the cell comes on after I change my elevation from ~100ft-->~500ft. If I reset the CEL after I get to work and drive the car for the remainder of the day/night I do not get the CEL again until the following morning. I'm stumped
Technical description of CEL #90:
"Evaporative Emission Control System leak detected in the fuel tank area"
Thanks,
Austin

Here was a thread on the same topic:

I did give a brief description of the code and why OBD-II tests for it.

Not so much a bad gas cap, as there is a hole/leak somewhere.
One member posted he had this problem (I think the same guy/thread I referenced you to). He said he took it the dealer (another post from him after problem was fixed), they checked it out, and the Purge Control Solenoid was faulty. So thats where his hole was.
Funny enough, trying to do a search did not yield this seperate post that I know was just posted a couple days ago.
