I have a check engine light , I check the code it is 76? according to my manual it is low catalist threshold? Iam not sure what to make of it!

this is my set up 1998 acura integra RS, drag III turbo kit, 2.5 hiflow cat and 2.5 cat back

the exhaust system is only 1.5 years old and the car has 117000 kms
+30000 kms on the turbo

could my cat be going already?
or is my O2 sensor gone?

my O2 seems to be working properly (it is registering a voltage) as my a/f monitor is fuctioning normally , if the O2 was malfunctioning my a/f would not register a voltage..
